Developing Good Relationship
Every relationship is a potential place for evangelism, it is also a place of discipleship. Simply put, "good relationships mean I point everyone to Jesus whoever follows me." Galatians 6:2 in summary says, that helping a person connects people to Christ.

Who are the people around me that I need to point to Jesus? What is their primary spiritual need? Do they need to get saved first, or are do they need to be discipled?
